Carl Craig presents Versus Synthesizer Ensemble - CAFe Budapest

Variously called a creative visionary and an icon of electronica, Craig has provided uninterrupted proof of his ingenuity for over two decades. The Detroit-born producer and Grammy Award nominated DJ is a pioneer of techno, constantly opening new directions in electronic music. With unabating enthusiasm for music, he is keen to experiment with the most diverse genres. Whether he collaborates with a rock or jazz musician, the end result is always an original mix only Carl Craig could have produced.

Most recently, Craig joined forces with pianist phenomenon Francesco Tristano, the Paris-based orchestra Les Siècles, and conductor François-Xavier Roth, to transplant his Versus into a symphonic environment. We can now hear this unique piece of crossover at Akvárium.
