The greatest concert hall of the Akvárium, the 1300-capacity Main Hall is one of the most modern venues of Budapest, easily catering to the needs of the most popular domestic and foreign bands and electronic music productions. Practically all major Hungarian bands have performed sets in the concert hall featuring a unique Martin Audio soundsystem, a 3x6 meter LEDwalll and a superb lighting system. Every MM appearance with young talented musicians, is an event in a universe that sits between Funk, Soul and Jazz today. The Artist is a creator, a producer, a multi-instrumentalist and an outstanding and prolific composer. Miles Davis, Eric Clapton, George Benson, Aretha Franklin, Brian Ferry, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock and Carlos Santana to name a few, have shaped his musical environment. To our delight in 2018, he returns on stage with a new Opus (Blue Note / Universal) and as every time, Marcus Miller will all surprise us. We look forward to discovering and listening live.
